Submission Rules of Tuition fee Waiver Applications

The application will not be accepted after the deadline for any reason. When you send the application documents by post, it must be postmarked on or before the deadline.

The application will be excluded from screening procedure if all required documents are not submitted. Click here for more information

Undergraduates Students whose residencial statas is other than "Student Visa", such as the Permanent resident, Long-turm resident or the Spouse of the Japanese national, must contact the Financial Support Section for eligibility.

Graduate students whose residencial statas is other than "Student Visa", such as the Permanent resident, Long-turm resident or the Spouse of the Japanese national, use Checklist A and submit the required documents of your family in Japan.

List of Documents for Tuition Waiver Application (for Year 2024)

For those who applied for the "2024 First (Spring) Semester Tuition Fee Waiver", when the family structure (in Japan) and/or financial situation, etc., stated in the application for the first (spring) semester 2024 are not changed in the application for the second (autumn) semester 2024, the following documents need to be submitted instead of the Tuition Fee Application Form.
